Croatia is beautiful. It wasn't the first time I'd been but it was the first time I'd actually seen parts of it as the first time I went over was for Hideout festival on the island of Pag...so the majority of the time I saw vodka and my bed. That's why this time I wanted to see as much as possible. Even though we didn't get to travel around we still managed to book a trip to Plitvice Lakes which is the largest national park in Croatia and is AMAZING. I really don't think my photos do it justice as the water is so clear and blue it makes you just want to drink it- or is that just me that always thinks that? The walk takes a few hours and we were very lucky that the weather cleared up a little as it rained in the morning but I think even with rain it would still be undoubtedly stunning.

The hotel we stayed at wasn't really in a practical place, it was a walk then a bus ride away from the town but the owners were so lovely. They gave us free rides into town when they were going to work and baked us cakes in a morning. They went over and beyond what you'd expect from them therefore I'd definitely recommend them if your looking for somewhere to stay in Zadar but...I can't remember the name.
Will see you again Croatia!
